Magnetic grate separators in housing MSS-MC
The magnetic grate separator is designed to separate in a quick and easy way magnetic iron contamination from free-flowing substances of good bulk properties and to protect the machinery that subsequently treats these materials. The basic elements of the magnetic grate separator in housing are one or two rows of magnetic grates consisting of stainless steel tubes.
Self-cleaning pipeline magnetic separators MSP-AC
The MSP-AC SHARK magnetic separator is used for the automatic separation of even very small ferromagnetic impurities from liquid materials (from 1 µm). Thanks to a sophisticated through-flow labyrinth and an automated cleaning system, this separator represents the top among separators, both in the aspect of magnetic separation efficiency and in the aspect of cleaning comfort.
Eddy current separator ECS
ECS separator of non-ferrous metals works on the principle of so called eddy currents. Very quickly rotating magnetic poles create the versatile and short magnetic field magnetizing every conductive particle occuring in its outreach for the limited time. That is why the magnetized materials are repulsed and thrown away automatically out of the conveyor belt. For conveyor belts from 500 to 2000 mm.
Magnetic grates MR with telescopic cores
The magnetic grate is a simple separator designed to separate ferromagnetic particles from free-flowing dry materials. The basic elements the magnetic grate consists of are telescopic magnetic tubes. While the bulk powder material falls through the magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field traps all metallic particles on the surface of the grids.

Pot magnets
Magnetic lenses include a combination of a cylindrical magnet being placed into a metal housing. This steel housing ensures a big growth of the magnetic holding force of the magnetic core used and protects the magnet from impact, cracking, or disruption at a big temperature change at the same time.
