We are introducing the first magnetic separator with fill-level signaling in Europe!
Our separator with ALARM system signals that the magnetic grids in the separator are filled with trapped metals (reducing its efficiency) and need to be cleaned. At the same time, it is clearly visualized that the separator does not need to be cleaned. The operator does not waste time and can concentrate on other activities.
The three-stage light signaling is clear and intuitive:

Magnetic drum in the box design serves to the continuous and automatic separation of ferromagnetic particles coming from dry materials and preserves against the damage of the machine and appliance that process the cleaned material sunsequently.
Pipeline magnetic separators for pneumatic conveying lines MSP-S
The magnetic grate separator for use in vacuum and pressure conveyor pipes is designed to separate magnetic iron contamination from a rapid stream (up to 25 m/s) of liquids or dry substances of good bulk properties.
Dry high intensity magnetic separators LSV
LSV is used for a continuous and automatic separation also of very small (even c.30 µm) and lightly magnetic particles (e.g. magnetic stainless steel or also some kinds of paramagnetic minerals) in laboratory conditions.
Conveyor head rollers MV
A magnetic pulley (sometimes called also a magnetic roller) is a device for automatic and permanent removal of magnetic iron metals from inert materials. The key part of the machine consists of a set of ferrite or neodymium NdFeB magnets.

Magnetic pockets

Neodymium magnets
These neodymium magnets are manufactured in various shapes - cylinders, prisms, rings, rods, cones, or spheres. The neodymium magnet excels in very strong adhesion, allowing its use in very small spaces.
Pot magnets
Magnetic lenses include a combination of a cylindrical magnet being placed into a metal housing. This steel housing ensures a big growth of the magnetic holding force of the magnetic core used and protects the magnet from impact, cracking, or disruption at a big temperature change at the same time.
