Hang type magnetic sweepers MZ-Z

The hanging magnetic broom is a universal device for the removal of ferrous metals (nails, screws, wires etc.) from large areas. The main advantage is its versatility. The magnetic hanging broom can be easily hung behind any vehicle, forklift, handling trolley or other machine and clean all places where the machine moves. The surfaces are thus cleaned while the vehicle performs its normal operation. The broom is often used on sweeping machines suspended in the space between the machine's brushes and its wheels to protect the tires from defects. Why do the metal contamination removal as a separate activity? You can keep collecting ferrous objects while doing your usual work!

These hanging magnetic brooms excel in their versatility. Thanks to their design, the magnetic sweeper can be easily hung behind almost any machine - whether it is a car, forklift or other vehicle. In this way, metal pieces can be collected during normal machine operation (protection against defects). Hanging the broom up is a matter of seconds!

The fundamental advantage of this magnetic broom is the quick, safe and easy removal of the ferrous particles gathered inside of the broom. Through this, it differs from competing products without easy cleaning systems.

We produce hang type magnetic sweepers in two versions: one is equipped with ferrite magnets and the other with very strong neodymium magnets. Brooms with neodymium magnets are stronger, allowing for the attraction of ferrous objects from greater distances and at higher speeds. This has a positive effect on the cleaning efficiency.

The broom body is housed in a durable PE case. That is why you can clean the broom safely and the caught metals can be easily removed.  

Another significant advantage is the large effective area of 1500 x 150 mm!This increases the broom capacity, more magnetic particles can be captured, the cleaning interval extended and the costs reduced.

Installation of the hanging magnetic broom on the vehicle

The magnetic broom is equipped with eye bolts, to which you can easily attach a chain and hang the broom behind a vehicle, trolley etc. We can adapt the eye bolts to your needs. The broom installation is a matter of seconds!

How to clean the hang type magnetic sweeper

The broom differs from competing products in the ability to remove easily, quickly and safely the captured ferrous particles from the magnetic core. There is no risk of injury as the collected metals are not to be wiped off by hand. The magnetic broom body is housed in a durable PE case. The cleaning consists in pulling off the PE housing from the magnetic core – as afterwards the trapped metals fall off. The housing is divided into two parts so that cleaning is quick and comfortable.
