We produce hang type magnetic sweepers in two versions: one is equipped with ferrite magnets and the other with very strong neodymium magnets. Brooms with neodymium magnets are stronger, allowing for the attraction of ferrous objects from greater distances and at higher speeds. This has a positive effect on the cleaning efficiency.
The broom body is housed in a durable stainless steel case. That is why you can clean the broom safely and the collected ferrous debris can be easily removed.
Another significant advantage is the large working area of 1500 x 150 mm! This increases the broom capacity, more magnetic particles can be captured, the cleaning interval extended and the cleaning costs reduced.
Installation of the hanging magnetic broom on the vehicle
The vehicle mounted magnetic sweeper is equipped with eyebolts, to which you can easily attach a chain and hang the broom behind a vehicle, trolley etc. We can adapt the eyebolts to your needs. The broom installation is a matter of seconds!
How to clean the hang type magnetic sweeper
The fundamental advantage of this magnetic broom is the quick, safe and easy removal of the ferrous debris gathered inside of the broom. There is no risk of injury as the collected metals are not to be wiped off by hand. The magnetic broom body is housed in a durable stainless steel case. The cleaning consists in removing the stainless steel housing from the magnetic core – as afterwards the trapped ferrous debris fall off. The housing is divided into two parts so that cleaning is quick and comfortable.

The sweeper is fitted with suspension hooks to which you attach a chain and hang the unit behind your vehicle or machine — installation takes just a few seconds. The suspension hooks can be adapted to your specific requirements, making it possible to attach the sweeper to virtually any vehicle. No tools or vehicle modifications are required for installation.
The ferrite magnet version (magnetic flux density 1,300 G) is suitable for standard collection of nails, screws and wire. The neodymium magnet version (up to 3,000 G) offers a deeper magnetic field — it picks up debris from a greater height and allows operation at higher vehicle speeds, directly improving cleaning efficiency over large areas.
The working width of the MZ-Z is 1,500 mm, with an effective area of 1,500 × 150 mm. Thanks to its large effective area, the sweeper captures a significant amount of debris in a single pass, extending the cleaning interval and reducing overall operating costs.
Cleaning is straightforward — you simply slide the stainless steel casing off the magnetic core and the collected metals fall away on their own. The casing is split into two sections for convenient cleaning, and the entire process is carried out without the risk of injury from sharp metal debris. This is a key advantage over competing products, where metals must be removed by manual wiping.
The standard MZ sweeper is handheld and carried by its handle — it is suited for cleaning smaller areas without a vehicle. The MZ-VZV sweeper is designed to be mounted on forklift tines.
