Granulator blower
The fan for the high-speed granulating machines is used to ensure the pneumatic transport of crushed plastics in the pipeline system.
The fan is designed to be connected to a DN 100 pipe (in the standard version with a JACOB quick connect pull-ring). In case of need, we can also supply the blower for other pipe diameters. Accordingly, we adjust the ventilation power to ensure the reliable transport of the crushed plastics to the subsequent technology.
Easy cleaning of the blower
The blower is designed so that it can be easily opened from the outside (after loosening a few screws) and cleaned in a very short time. Just this easy operation and high performance make the fan a desirable device.

The Fan for High-Speed Mill provides pneumatic conveying of ground plastic material through a pipe system to the downstream process equipment. It is supplied as standard with a DN 100 pipe connection terminated with a Jacob quick-release coupling; a 1.5 kW motor (230/400 V) ensures reliable transport of the shredded material. We manufacture this equipment ourselves and can produce it precisely to your operational requirements.
Yes, if required the fan can be supplied for other pipe diameters as well. We adapt the fan's performance to the selected diameter to ensure reliable conveying of the shredded material at all times. The standard DN 100 version with Jacob quick-release coupling is also available in our online shop.
