Separation of metals in the production of chocolate

Filtration objective:
Removal of ferrous particles from 1 micron. Achievement of the maximum product purity.

Solution:
After the application of the magnetic fi lter no ferrous contaminants were detected in the other processing equipment

Industry: Food industry - chocolate processing
Application: Installation of a magnetic fi lter in liquid chocolate transport pipeline (DN50). In order to ensure that the liquid chocolate remains viscous (and does not solidify), the magnetic fi lter was supplied in a double wall (jacketed) confi guration (and the interior space could be heated).
