Advantages of electromagnets

  • Electro overbands, suspension magnets, magnetic drums and pulleys for bulk materials
  • Automatic or semi-automatic cleaning
  • Air cooled as well as oil cooled models
  • Fast magnetic field deactivation
  • Magnet input up to 34 kW = high magnetic induction
  • Extensive optional accessories

Electromagnets

Electromagnetic separators are renowned for high performance and separation efficiency. They are used mainly in heavy duty industrial applications, e. g., in lime works, cement works, power plants, mines and quarries.

Thanks to their deep magnetic field, electromagnetic overbands can be placed up to 1000 mm above the conveyor belt! This extreme magnetic power makes it possible to capture even large and heavy ferrous objects.

The electromagnetic drums can be supplied both in axial and radial design, according to the separation objective.
