Electromagnetic overband DND-AC E – maximum performance for demanding applications

Do you need to remove metal contaminants from high burden depths on a conveyor? DND-AC-E electromagnetic separators deliver the deepest and strongest magnetic field of all suspended magnets. Thanks to automatic cleaning, they ensure continuous operation without manual intervention. Ideal for the mining, recycling and construction industries, where they protect crushers and mills from damage. An installation height of up to 600 mm enables separation even from very thick material layers.

Three model series for different requirements:

  • DND-AC-E HIPPO – Cost-effective variant with low power consumption. Installation above 800–1600 mm belts, suspension height 320 mm. Low acquisition costs.
  • DND-AC-E RHINO – Optimal balance of performance and price. Belts 800–2000 mm, suspension height 500 mm. Handles even hard-to-penetrate mixtures.
  • DND-AC-E ELEPHANT – The most powerful electromagnetic separator in the range. Belts 800–2000 mm, suspension height 600 mm. For the most demanding applications.

Can be installed transversely or longitudinally above the conveyor, depending on the material characteristics.
