Overview of the C-Line Models
VTP – Vibrating sieve for pneumatic transport
It is specially designed for vertical or inclined installation in pneumatic conveying systems. Thanks to its shape, it minimizes pressure losses and allows efficient sieving even at extreme material flow rates. It is ideal for quality control of bulk materials in the food and chemical industries.
VLB/VLM – Vibrating sieves for liquids and pasty mixtures
They are designed for filtration and separation of materials contained in liquids. The VLB with a convex bottom is suitable for medium volumes. However, the more powerful VLM with a side outlet provides higher flow rates. They operate at temperatures up to 200 °C. Thanks to the optimized motor, the sieves remain clean during the operation.
VP1 – Single-motor high-capacity vibrating sieve
Compact and powerful vibrating sieve with one side motor and central outlet – ideal for control and capacitive sieving. Its design makes it easy to install it even in space-limited areas and offers a higher capacity than competing sieves of the same size.
VP2 – Dual-motor high-capacity vibrating sieve
A powerful sieve with a central inlet and outlet is equipped with two opposed motors for maximum efficiency. The special design allows installation under existing production lines. They are available in diameters ranging from 450 to 2,000 mm and are suitable for a wide range of applications.
VPF/VPF2 – Vibrating sieves for the pharmaceutical industry
Specialized solutions for pharmaceutical plants. The single-motor VPF sieve is mounted on a mobile trolley, while the dual-motor VPF2 sieve is designed for integration into production lines. Both models are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and meet the highest hygiene standards.
VPB/VPM – Vibrating sieves for powders and bulk materials
Universal sieves for a wide range of industrial applications. The compact VPB sieve is ideal for laboratory use and smaller volumes. The industrial standard VPM offers high sieving capacity and the option to install up to three layers of sieves. Both models can be equipped with ultrasonic or ball-cleaning systems.
