Our company is a specialist in field of magnetic separation

We develop, produce and apply devices for magnetic separation. Our magnetic separators are designed and manufactured exactly in a made-to-measure way as per your needs.

Magnetic separators for non-magnetic metals (Eddy current separators)

Non-ferrous metal separators (Eddy current separators)

Eddy current separators ECS – effective separation of non-ferrous metals

Recover the maximum value from your waste with Eddy current separators ECS, which enable efficient automatic recovery of aluminum, copper, brass and other non-ferrous metals. These industrial separators use eddy current technology to separate electrically conductive metals from non-metallic materials without the need for manual sorting. They are used mainly in recycling plants, in the processing of municipal, industrial and construction waste, but also in the recycling of plastics, wood, e-waste or automotive components.

SOLLAU manufactures Eddy current separators in the RAM, ZEBU, BULL and BUFFALO model lines, which cover a wide range of requirements – from sorting larger metal objects to separating very fine non-ferrous metal particles from a size of 0.5 mm.

A correctly selected non-ferrous metal separator helps increase the purity of recycled materials, recover valuable secondary raw materials and improve the economics of the recycling process.

In addition to stationary separators, we also offer the mobile Eddy current separator ECS-E BULL RELOC on an Abroll platform, which allows the separation of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals directly at the site of material processing.

Our technologies are also part of complete automatic sorting and recycling lines, which we design according to the customer's specific requirements.

We will help you choose the optimal solution based on free separation tests of your material.
