The vibrating sieve for the pharmaceutical industry is available in two models.
The VPF vibrating sieve is a special single-deck sieve designed for safety sieving of powders in the pharmaceutical industry before entering the tableting press or packaging line. This sieve is equipped with one vibrating motor.
The VPF2 sieve is used for inline safety sieving in high-speed production lines and features two side motors for maximum efficiency.
Both models are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, comply with FDA standards and offer quick-release belt clamps for easy, tool-free maintenance.
The equipment is available in 500 or 800 mm sizes. The VPF model is mounted on a mobile trolley with a single motor, while the VPF2 is designed for direct installation into the production line.
The design supports continuous filtration with an emphasis on reliability, hygiene, and high performance.
