ML ALARM is designed to remove ferrous contaminants from materials with poor flow properties (e.g. grain, flour, sugar, sawdust), which are not suitable for conventional grate separators.
The first magnetic separator in Europe with a unique blockage alarm system – clearly indicates when cleaning is required and when intervention is not necessary.

SEPARATOR BLOCKAGE INDICATION
The ML ALARM chute magnet includes two magnetic plates on opposite sides of the housing. The ALARM system detects contamination on the plates. If one plate is clogged, the separator efficiency drops, which is signalled by a red LED on the door or beacon.
