Vibrating feeder
Vibrating feeders ensure smooth and accurate dosing of bulk materials into subsequent processes.
They represent a comprehensive solution for feeding bulk materials up to approx. 400 mm in size, which stands out for its high degree of flexibility.
The system includes not only the vibrating trough itself, but also an inlet hopper, a square connecting flange, casing plates, a control flap for adjusting the bed depth, and a spring attachment that connects the feeder to the inlet hopper.

KEY FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES OF THE VIBRATING FEEDER

- Size - vibrating feeder is available in 2 lengths and 7 widths as standard
- Continuous feed regulation - the vibrating feeder is equipped with either electromagnetic drives with continuous speed regulation (0% - 100%) or vibration motors with a frequency converter, which allows for regulating the feed speed (25% - 100%). Both types of drives, however, allow precise and individual control of the material flow.
- Modular design for maximum flexibility - the device consists of a robust vibrating trough, an inlet hopper with a square flange, a control flap for bed depth control, and a flexible connection between the feeder and the hopper. This sophisticated design ensures high operational stability and easy integration into different production environments.
- High capacity - from a few kg up to more than 700 m³/h. Suitable for small and large operations.
- Variable design - open, closed, or dust-tight option to meet stringent environmental requirements.
- Tailored solution - optional inserts, weighing systems, closing gates, sensors, and automation.
WHERE IS THE VIBRATING FEEDER USED?
Vibrating feeders are used in a wide range of industry branches:
- Quarrying of aggregates, sand, and gravel
- Cement plants and building material production facilities
- Glass and ceramic industry
- Coal operations and power stations
- Metallurgical industry
- Automotive industry
Customization options
The device can be equipped with optional elements, such as exchangeable inserts, regulatory gates, weighing systems, intelligent control units and advanced sensors. All this is for maximum customization to specific operating conditions.

The Most Common FAQ - vibrating Feeder
The speed can be continuously controlled from 0% to 100% depending on the drive type (electromagnetic or vibrating motor with frequency converter).
The feeders are available in 2 lengths and 7 widths with capacities from a few kilograms up to 700 m³/h.
Electromagnetic drives allow very fine and precise flow control. Vibrating motors with a converter are suitable for higher volumes and more robust operation.
AnoYes, thanks to the modular design, the equipment can be easily adapted to the operational requirements.
Yes, the device can also be supplied in a dust-tight or closed version, allowing its use in harsh operating conditions.
