MSS-AC WORM brings fully automatic magnetic separation at a price with no competition on the market.
It offers professional performance, stainless-steel construction and a magnetic induction of 9,000 G – with no compromise in quality. The separator captures Fe contaminants from 30 microns!
The reinforced body is designed to support a column of granulate as well as the entire hopper (approx. 200 kg). The separator can therefore be installed directly under the injection moulding machine hopper without the need for additional supports.
It works reliably even when completely filled with material. It continuously captures metal contaminants from the granulate without the need to maintain a free passage. There is no need to interrupt the material flow during separator cleaning!
Automatic pneumatic or electric cleaning takes place at your set interval from 1 min to 10 h. Production therefore runs without interruption and without operator intervention.
It is most commonly used in the plastics industry – in plastic injection moulding or extrusion. However, it is also used in other industries where metal contaminants need to be reliably captured from bulk materials.

Not enough space to install the separator? Adapt it to your conditions!
The MSS-AC WORM separator is designed to be installed most often directly under the injection moulding machine hopper. Thanks to the installation height of only 220 mm, it can also be placed in areas with limited height.
In some cases, however, the installation space may be very tight and the pneumatic cylinder (PNEU version) or the electrically driven cylinder (ELE version) may obstruct installation.
The solution is simple. The cylinder position can be easily adjusted according to the specific installation conditions – the cylinder can be placed in the upper or lower part of the separator. This allows you to adapt the device exactly to the available space.
