Metal detector for installment into the pressure piping for liquid and pasty products such as for example jam, oil or baby formula. The flexible system for various temperatures of the product, operating pressures or special requirememnts, such as for example aseptic filling.
The key difference is that the PIPELINE 05 is not supplied with a rejection valve — the method of separating contaminated product is configured individually to the customer's requirements. The PIPELINE 07 O comes as standard with a three-way separation valve that automatically diverts the product flow. The PIPELINE 05 uses the AMD 05 control unit with a 5-line LCD display and four buttons; the PIPELINE 07 O uses the AMD 07 with a touchscreen, Ethernet connectivity, and mesuNET remote access. The PIPELINE 05 is therefore suited to installations where separation is handled by an existing external system or where advanced remote control is not required.

The PIPELINE 05 is a basic detection system without an integrated rejection mechanism — when a metal contaminant is detected, the detector issues a signal, but the physical diversion of the contaminated product is handled by an external device or procedure defined according to the customer's operating conditions. This approach is suitable where the existing line already includes a separation system or where the customer prefers their own product diversion solution.
The PIPELINE 05 is a flexible system designed for various product temperatures and operating pressures up to 30 bar, resistant to external electromagnetic interference. We supply it in variants for aggressive media, aseptic filling, or other specific process requirements. The AMD 05 control unit features a 5-line LCD display and four operating buttons. It stores profiles for up to 500 products and provides reliable control of the detection process. Unlike the AMD 07 unit (used in the PIPELINE 07 O), it does not support a touchscreen, Ethernet connectivity, or mesuNET remote access — making it suitable for facilities where advanced remote management is not required.
