Metal detector for installment into pumping tubular lines for detection of liquid and pasty products such as for example baby formula. The variants for agressive media, aseptic filling or high temperatures of the product are available upon the request.
The PIPELINE 07 O is designed for integration into fixed pumped pipeline systems and is the only model in the pipeline range to come as standard with a three-way separation valve, which automatically diverts contaminated product without interrupting production. The PIPELINE 05 does not include a rejection valve — the separation method is configured individually to the customer's requirements. The MEATLINE 07 is a mobile version designed exclusively for the meat and sausage industry with direct connection to a vacuum filler. The choice depends on product type, transport method, and process requirements.
The detector is primarily designed for liquids and paste-type masses conveyed through pumped pipelines — for example baby food, jams, oils, sauces, and other liquid or pasty food products. On request, we supply variants for aggressive media, aseptic filling, or production processes involving high product temperatures.
When a metal contaminant is detected, the three-way valve automatically diverts the flow of contaminated product into a reject channel while clean material continues through the production process uninterrupted. The system operates without operator intervention and minimises good product losses. The AMD 07 control unit logs every detection event and enables remote monitoring via mesuNET.
The detector is designed for operating pressures up to 30 bar and is resistant to external electromagnetic interference. Variants are available for aggressive media, aseptic filling, and high product temperatures — we will prepare the specific configuration according to your process requirements. The AMD 07 control unit features a 5.7" colour touchscreen and allows integration into the company network via Ethernet. It supports mesuNET remote access for monitoring and parameter management, stores profiles for up to 500 products, and automatically calibrates sensitivity. It also enables continuous monitoring of both the electronic and mechanical components of the detector.
