A company producing flat wrenches was looking for an efficient way to automate their transport using a magnetic conveyor (MD). Among the keys there were also large-sized types (e.g. size 41) and it was necessary to guarantee their reliable magnetic attraction to the transport belt.
Problem
Standard magnetic conveyors were not strong enough to transport the keys of all sizes in a reliable and safe way. The customer needed to be sure that the magnetic conveyor would be fully functional and reliable. Any additional modifications after installation would waste time and money.
Solution
To determine exactly which magnets would be most suitable for the specific use, we performed FREE tests on our test magnetic conveyor. This conveyor is equipped with magnets of different strength. This allows us to precisely select the most suitable magnets for the given application and guarantee the customer that the magnetic conveyor will be as effective as expected.
