Measurement of the magnetic force of the DND-AC overband magnet

We take pride in thorough testing each separator and measuring its performance. We understand that it's important for our customers to know how the magnet performs at various distances from the conveyor belt. Therefore, we provide not only the magnetic induction values at the magnetic core, but also measurements taken at distances ranging from 0 to 400 mm (in 50 mm increments) from the separator belt.

The measurements are made in such a way that they correspond as closely as possible to real conditions in practice. That is why we don’t measure magnetic induction at the magnetic core (as some manufacturers do to artificially inflate the induction value). Measurements are taken at the specified distances from the conveyor belt of the separator, which is important information for the customer.

Of course, we supply a test report with measured magnetic induction values for each separator.
