Model series of the MB magnetic drum
Magnetický buben MB odděluje feromagnetické nečistoty ze sypkých hmot nepřetržitě a automaticky – bez přerušení výrobního cyklu a bez zásahu obsluhy. Stacionární magnetické jádro drží zachycený kov na rotujícím nerezovém plášti, nerezové unašeče jej strhávají až za osu bubnu, kde magnetické pole přestává účinkovat a nečistoty odpadají do samostatné výsypky.
MB F magnetic drums – ferrite magnets
The MB F line is the most affordable option. Magnetic induction reaches 1,100–1,500 G, and ferrite magnets have an almost unlimited service life and high temperature resistance.
The ferrite core is the solution for capturing larger ferromagnetic contaminants – bolts, nuts, nails, wires, and broken machine parts.
Typical use: wood chips, shredded paper, municipal and construction waste, aggregate, limestone.

MB N magnetic drums – neodymium magnets
The MB N neodymium version offers significantly higher magnetic performance. Magnetic induction reaches 3,300–3,800 G and can capture even very fine ferromagnetic impurities.
The neodymium core is suitable for separating fine metal particles from powdered and less permeable materials, where the ferrite version is no longer sufficient.
Typical applications: plastic granules and crushed materials, foodstuffs, ceramic and glass mixtures, chemical powders, foundry sands.

MB N-HP Magnetic Drums – neodymium magnets
The MB N-HP range (High Performance) is the most powerful option in the range. The magnetic induction reaches 8,000 G and enables even the finest ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic particles to be captured.
The extra-strong neodymium core is suitable for applications with the highest demands on material purity, where standard neodymium designs are no longer sufficient.
Typical applications: high-purity powders, pharmaceuticals, technical ceramics, metal recycling involving weakly magnetic stainless steel, applications with strict limits on Fe content.
