Will the selected separator work reliably with your specific material? At our new metal separation test center you can find out before you buy. We will test your material and recommend the right solution. Testing is free of charge and with no obligation to purchase.
A wide range of testing options
Our test center is equipped with various types of test equipment, and we are continuously expanding our facilities. We can verify metal separation from powder mixtures and liquid mixtures, separation of non-ferrous metals and weakly magnetic particles, detection of metal contaminants and conveying of ferrous parts. We work directly with your material – from powders and granulates to recyclates and emulsions.
Results within 3 working days
Simply agree the sample quantity with us and send it to us. Within 3 working days of delivery you will receive written test results, including photo documentation of the captured contaminants and a recommendation of a suitable magnetic separator or metal detector.
For magnetic separators, we will also assess the required magnetic strength. After all, a stronger magnet does not always mean a better investment.
