Industrial check X-ray EasySCOPE

EasySCOPE x-ray inspection system serves for the final inspection of packed goods.

This X-ray scanner is the ideal system for ensuring the highest quality of the packed products. It is usually used in the food industry.

The main difference (compared to a metal detector) is the fact that the easySCOPE X-ray machine allows the detection of not only metallic but also of non-metallic foreign bodies, such as glass, plastics or stone. If these dangerous contaminants are contained in the final product, the application of an industrial X-ray inspection system is the only way how to detect them. Standards for quality control of the final product in the food industry grow ever stricter, so the X-ray inspection systems have become indispensable.

The use of the easySCOPE X-ray provides maximum reliability and safety. At the same time, it saves money thanks to the excellent price/performance ratio.

Working principle

Electromagnetic waves are emitted by a generator and penetrate the product. On the opposite side, the non-absorbed radiation is picked up by the receiver diodes. Foreign body recognition is performed by evaluating the difference in density of the product and the contaminant. Especially in the case of aluminum-packed or other highly conductive products, the recognition accuracy is much better than the results achieved e. g. by the application of standard metal detectors. 


High product safety

The X-ray technology can detect not only metallic but also non-metallic foreign bodies (glass, stone, plastics etc.), what results in the maximum safety and quality of the final product. It is also possible to inspect even products in metalized foil packaging. And for example the locking clips can be excluded from detection, but may be kept monitored at the same time.

Minimum maintenance required

To minimize maintenance costs, components such as the X-ray generator and the X-ray receiver are easily accessible from the front.
