Plate metal detector METRON 03 SL
The METRON 03 SL single surface metal detector with an integrated Duroplex plate is used to detect metal particles products transported on belt conveyors. We recommend using this metal detector preferably for flat products.
This metal detector does not require any metal-free zone and its use is very variable.
The main advantages of this single surface metal detector include, in particular, its low cost and easy installation.You can easily fix it with a few screws to the conveyor. The assembly cannot be easier!

Sensitivity of a metal detector
The detector's sensitivity depends on many parameters, such as the aperture dimensions (the lower is the aperture height, the higher is the detector sensitivity), the conveyor belt speed, the density of the product, its temperature and humidity, etc.
Maximum obtainable sensitivity can be established by testing your product sample in our laboratory. We will perform these tests free of charge. Please contact us, we will discuss the test execution as well as the dispatch of your material samples.
